Yes, you will have to sign a Waste Transfer Note. WTNs ensure that there is a clear audit trail from when the waste is produced until it is disposed of. You must keep copies of all your WTNs for at least two years and must be able to produce them on demand to your environmental regulator from the local council, or you can be fined. Don’t worry we always keep an original backup and digital copy in case you lose it.
No fuss, simply log on to your account and visit the booking section. Once you have found your booking, simply click edit booking to take you back into the booking process. You can simply add or remove items and wait for approval.
We carefully match you to our van drivers, who we’re sure will collection your IT waste on time. If on the very rare occasion your recycler is running late, please allow up to the 30 minutes for them to arrive.
If your recycler doesn’t arrive within 30 minutes of your booking start time, then please contact the customer team via LiveChat, Telphone or email who will be able to assist you immediately.
Last minute cancellations and reschedules impact on our schedule and earnings, so if you do need to cancel or reschedule your booking (these situations pop up for all of us at one time or another!), please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your collection taking place. This gives us the best chance of finding another booking.
Failure to let us know of a cancellation or change in booking with at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee. Please do let us know 24 hours in advance, as the last thing we want is to charge our clients.

Yes, we have trollies, pallets and various tools to help with your collection. The more information you can provide before the collection, the better. E.g. lift service available, if you’re within an office, limited parking etc.
Collections can be made on the same day but usually is quite booked up. The fastest way to book a collection would be to call us directly on 0161 707 4020 and we will try our best to get your collection same day. We do offer an emergency collection service, which requires us to get an extra van and driver to collect from your office on the same day, at a Premium collection charge. Please contact us via telephone to discuss last minute collections.
Your collection can be booked anytime between Mondays to Friday 9am to 6pm (Saturday is off schedule unless we discuss over the phone and decide otherwise)

To be eligible for a free collection, we need a minimum of 20 bulk working items such as desktops, monitors, printers, servers etc.
