The Process

We don’t just come and collect, we take you on a journey together by asking questions and listening to your needs. We are thorough at finding out everything about our clients to ensure your requirements are met to the letter. Being on time for collection is standard practice.

Once we have a confirmed slot, we will have one of our super friendly drivers on the way to come and collect. After we’ve received your I.T equipment, we process them through our database ensuring we wipe all hard drives and create a report with all of the collection specifications and serial numbers. Final step is attaching all information into a report and certificate, which you can instantly download in your member account.

So there you go. IT is as simple as abc (mind the pun).

How We Work
Step 1 — Book

We begin our journey with you filling out our unique booking form, so we can collect as much information as we can in regards to how many items you are disposing, or if you need HDD wiping, or require reports and certificates.

Step 2 — Confirm

The next step is to book you in for collection. We check where our vans are located, and if the time and date you have selected matches up to our schedule, we go ahead and approve your booking that is instantly updated on your account.

Step 3 — Collect

We’re on the way to collect your unwanted IT equipment. Make yourself a cuppa tea and relax while our robot does all the lifting

Step 4 — Sign

We get you to sign a waste transfer note. One copy will be left with you, which you can keep for up to 2 years in case of any environment inspections, and the second copy will be filed and kept away for back up reasons.

Step 5 — IT Book

when it comes to booking your items, we use our database to input all of the information such as Hard Drive serials, Computer specifications , Screen sizes and quantity. All Hard Drives will get a free 1 wipe pass or our 7 Wipe premium service.

Step 6 — Reports

Sadly, this is the end our journey together (for now). Once we’ve booked all of your IT equipment, we create a full report and certificate that is attached to your user account ready for instant download and print. We will also send a copy through the post.
